3-Day Conscioussnes Evolution Retreat- Psilocybin & MDMA Therapy
With Lili and Feri
October 2 - 4, 2026
We invite you for a profound mystical journey, where we release the weight of our past and pave a new path toward becoming a better versions of ourselves. Our exploration will involve a deep internal examination facilitated by plant-based work to dissolve the barriers that hinder our progress in life. We will also establish deep connections within ourselves and with one another through the use of MDMA therapy.
Like the fungi that form the underground network that circulates information between trees and plants, our retreats are all about connection. We develop deep relationships with each other, with the “plant”, with nature around us but most importantly, with our inner self.
According to Johns Hopkins University, about 90% of psychedelic therapy participants considered their encounter with the plant one of their life’s top five most meaningful experiences.
If you are looking for a deep and unique journey of self-discovery, feel free to sign up and we will help you to unlock the exciting labyrinth of your subconscious.
THE ORIGIN OF THE MAGIC MUSHROOM
For thousands of years, people have consumed psilocybin mushrooms to achieve spiritual states and harness their healing properties. The indigenous people of South America called magic mushrooms “little gods” for a reason.
Scientists began studying the beneficial effects of psilocybin in the 1950s. Its therapeutic properties are recognized worldwide.
HOW MAGIC MUSHROOMS WORK
The main psychoactive ingredient in magic mushrooms (Psilocybe species) is an alkaloid called psilocybin, which creates new connections between previously unconnected brain areas and temporarily alters the whole organizational structure of the brain. The compound binds to serotonin receptors which induce hyperconnectivity between typically less connected brain regions. This process leads to an altered perception of consciousness and a transformation of ingrained thought patterns. These new connections allow users to experience extraordinary things, such as seeing sounds or hearing colors and communicating telepathically. They also responsible for some of the antidepressant effects of magic mushrooms.
Imagine that information flows through the brain on interconnected, busy pathways. Psilocybin does not remove these highways; it simply builds new one
HOW MDMA WORKS
MDMA elevates certain neurotransmitters, like serotonin, in the brain. When administered in controlled, regulated doses, it can enhance psychotherapy sessions for specific conditions, such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). MDMA may reduce anxiety and defensiveness in those receiving therapy, strengthening the relationship with oneself and others. It can also be valuable in healing relationship patterns.
MDMA is creating feelings of wellbeing and happiness. It is also increases levels of oxytocin, a hormone that plays an important part in social bonding and relationship building. People with PTSD for example have an overactive fear response. MDMA helps suppress that, and makes them able to remember things they would usually be too afraid to remember. And that lets them feel their emotions — fear, anger, sadness, grief — without feeling overwhelmed. The medicine also allows us to create an experience of safety, trust and connection, which can be especially helpful for people who suffer from developmental trauma as a result of growing up in situations where they were neglected or abused.
ENVIRONMENT AND SECURITY
Our foremost commitment is to guarantee a positive and safe psychedelic experience for you. We prioritize your well-being:
• Drawing upon decades of experience with plant medicine, we understand that the key to a transformative journey lies in both the conducive environment and the guidance provided before and throughout your retreat
• Additionally, we meticulously screen applications to tailor our services to your individual needs and provide the highest level of care.
• Our retreat locations are secured . We choose serene and exquisite settings for our retreats to ensure your journey remains undisturbed.
• We acquire our high-quality medicine directly from trusted sources.
• We maintain small group sizes to provide each participant with the utmost attention. There will be at least one facilitator available for every 4-5 participants, dedicated to your well-being during the ceremonies.
• Dosages are meticulously measured and administered to minimize risks. While it’s never been necessary, we do have products on hand that can swiftly deactivate your psychedelic experience within 30 minutes if you feel it becomes too intense for your comfort.
Based on scientific research, consuming psilocybin is very safe :
• Psilocybin, the active compound in magic mushrooms, is not known to be physically addictive. Unlike drugs like opioids or nicotine, users do not develop a physical dependence on psilocybin.
• Psilocybin mushrooms are relatively non-toxic to the body. There are very few recorded cases of lethal overdose from psilocybin-containing mushrooms.
• Prolonged use of magic mushrooms is not associated with significant physical health problems, such as organ damage or deteriorating physical health.
• There are generally no severe withdrawal symptoms when discontinuing the use of magic mushrooms. Users do not typically experience the intense cravings and physical discomfort seen with some other drugs.
• Most individuals report positive psychological and therapeutic effects from using magic mushrooms, including improved mood, reduced anxiety, and enhanced creativity. These potential benefits have led to research into psilocybin’s therapeutic applications.
MDMA used with the propel dosage is also very safe, however In some rare cases, possible side-effects can include minor headaches and mood swings for several days.
MENTAL PREPARATION
Ensure you have enough time to relax and process your experiences before and after the ceremony. Before the ceremony, take care of any work that might cause stress. Do not plan anything for after the ceremony; expect to rest for the rest of the day or evening. If you can, take an extra day off.
‣ Please think about what you would like to ask the “plant spirit” at least a few days before you arrive. The “plant” always knows what you resonate best within your particular state of consciousness and is an excellent teacher, so preparing at least one question/request is a good idea. If you are feeling insecure or afraid, there is nothing wrong; it is entirely natural; we will support you in any way we can to release this feeling.
‣ Try to let go of your expectations. For example, you may be expecting a visual ‘journey,’ but for you, the responses come in the form of emotions or thoughts. Don’t criticize whatever you receive from the spirit of the “plant”; trust the process. There is a slight chance, but you may not be affected by the plant, or you may only have a minor physical sensation, such as a sense of calm. The probability of this is tiny but possible.
‣ If you feel uncomfortable, please let us know; we are here to guide you through any difficulties.
‣ If others have a profound experience and you are not, don’t be discouraged, and don’t give up working with the plant. The “miracle” doesn’t always happen the first time. You are no more or less than anyone else; everything always has its natural time and process. Each “journey” is very different; always be open.
‣ Do some research! (This does not mean reading horror stories on the internet.) Find credible sources.
PHYSICAL PREPARATION
It is essential to avoid eating meat, fatty and spicy foods, alcohol and caffeinated drinks 5 days before the ceremony. Also, avoid cigarettes if possible. On the day of the ceremony: 6 hours before the ceremony, eat a light breakfast (e.g., porridge, rice porridge, or fruit: bananas, apples, pears…) Do not eat later. This is important because it will allow the plant to work to its full potential.
WHAT TO BRING?
A notebook (paper), pen, blindfold, blanket, pillow, towel, and comfortable clothes for the ceremony. If anyone is on a special diet, please bring a survival kit and a big smile !
